> This mugwort foot patch works by stimulating acupoints, regulating internal secretion, promoting blood circulation, removing dampness in the body, activating cells to delay aging, and promoting sleep and relieving fatigue.

*What it is:*

It's a very common detox foot patch sold in pharmacies/shops in Malaysia and China. You stick it on the sole of your feet overnight. It contains mugwort (艾草), bamboo charcoal, ginger powder etc. In the morning the patch turns dark/wet — sellers claim that's toxins/dampness pulled out.

*How people use it:*

1. Clean and dry feet before sleep

2. Peel off and stick on middle of sole

3. Sleep 6-8 hours, remove in morning

4. Wash feet

*Note:*

This is a traditional wellness / cosmetic product, not a medicine. The claims about detox, weight loss, removing dampness are traditional marketing and not clinically proven. If you have sensitive skin, diabetes, foot wound, or skin allergy, don't use. Stop if you get redness/itching.

You bought it in Kuching? This brand is quite common at RM10-RM15 per pack.
